Web 2026-6

Improve analysis

  • MRD script have been significantly improved and deployed, with enhancements in both the script itself and the interface to display these new results
  • The prefuse step has been move to the in-process step. It allows it to be launched and packaged with main analysis step, just after the Vidjil call. This fixes 2 misleading behaviors of our server:
    • In runs with a large number of samples, each prefuse step was launched every time a new result was available.
    • Custom analysis opening only considered the results at the end of in-process (mainly vidjil) and not prefuse augmented analysis.
  • Log of an analysis, avaible by clincking on COMPLETED/FAILED button, have been redesigned. Now you will have a list of logs separated for each in-process part of the analysis.
  • A new vidjil format version (2026.6) have been released. It include new fields supplementary_data that allow to store some external data computed by prefuse/postfuse scripts. These data will now be displayed in clonotype and sample information panels.

Bug fixes

  • Primers reset between each analysis loading have been fixed
  • IMGT calling have been fixed to use new form value

Security

  • Some security fixes have been made.
  • An automatic dependance audit has been added to docker image build of python dependancies
  • Cookies rights have been limited to improve security

Technical

  • Prefuse step has been moved at in-process step. See more details in improve analysis above.
  • API script now allows to launch a get reads process directly from command line. This grep reads is based on grep tools and return every read with vidjil window given in parameter
  • Administrator table now has a js sort columns capability on tables of preprocess, process, groups and users.
  • Vidjil format has evolved to 2026-6 to allow the addition of new external or complementary analysis
  • Fuse script has been improved to works with 2026-6 vidjil format, without breaking previous compatibilities
  • A dedicated vidjil file prettyfier has been added as tools/format_vidjil.py. It allows to give a compacted, organized and human readable vision on a vidjil results file.
