Paying clinical customers benefit from free dedicated support. Other users can access on-demand paid support.

Unfortunately, you can only upgrade from a free plan to a paid one. Downgrading is not possible without losing the platform’s advanced analytics. However, you keep your analyses forever on an on-premise instance, and for up to X years after your contract ends on our platform (or after asking).

Yes! You can access our demonstration instance, with full features but a limited number of analyses. Send us an email to book a trial.

Yes. As the maintainer of the VidjilNet platform, supported by Inria, we are able to export your data from your previous instance and import it into ours.

Our instances are hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure, which is HDS-certified (Health Data Hosting) for the 3 first level (provider side). We are working to become officially compliant for company side levels.

You retain full ownership of your data. With your consent, we may access it for support or debugging purposes. You can also grant us the right to include your data in our developpment and testing workflows.

For now, the platform is available for research use only (RUO). We are working towards CE/IVD compliance, targeted for 2027.

Accepted formats are FASTA and FASTQ (compressed or uncompressed), BAM and AIRR.

We support IG and TR loci for humans. Several other species are built-in, and more can be added on request.
