Release platform 2025-11
This changelog concerns the Vidjil web application, client and server. We are using continuous integration and deployment, some features may be pushed on our servers between these releases.

Improve analysis
- Use analysis content from vidjil result file. Allow to use pre-clustering as output of vidjil analysis (#)
- Improve MRD values screening to have same behavior than not normlized value (#5536)
- Add tooltip to see name and value of a clonotype on hover in scatterplot view (#5395)
- Return name of sample, set and configuration at opening of one sample result or in compared view (#5205 and #2241)
- Update some icons in interface (#5508)
- Fix error of “deleted sample” naming on result of externally analyzed vidjil file (#3220)
